Availability

We aim to keep support available on business days. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance can pause a service for a short time.

Disclaimer

The website and software are provided as is. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. Nutrient results still need a qualified nutritionist. Sample screens on this website are illustrations, not feeding advice.

Liability

Ameya Enterprises / FeedCalc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or software.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Changes

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to do business with you and to meet legal duties. You may ask us to update or delete your details, subject to records we must retain.

This marketing site does not set tracking cookies. The product video is hosted with the site.

Refunds

Ameya Enterprises / FeedCalc does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for software licenses, subscriptions, or services.

Digital licenses

Once a license is delivered or activated, the sale is complete. Downloaded software is not refundable.

What we do instead

We provide technical support, documentation, and help with setup. Please take a demo and speak to sales before you pay.

Subscriptions and custom work

A yearly subscription runs to the end of the paid period and is not cancelled mid-term for a refund. On custom projects, a milestone payment is not refundable once that phase has been delivered.
